I love home decor, but kind of suck at it. I'm looking forward to getting some new ideas and feedback at YNP!
When we selected our new neighborhood, KB Home had purchased all of the remaining lots in the neighborhood, thus they were our builder by default. We loved the floorplan of this house, but weren't crazy about KB's finish options. We decided to take their base offering, and then changed out the kitchen and bathrooms (and cabinet installs in other areas). This album depicts the construction process from ground breaking to close; the remodeling work will be put in separate binders.
When we built our new home, the builder didn't really offer the type of finish out we wanted in the kitchen, so we decided to revamp it post-close. Here's a depiction of that journey that took forever -- although we think it's worth it!
