The powder room has a full shower, which is odd, but it makes the ground floor bedroom truly functional. The countertop is 4 inch tiled travertine

This is our old place, which is unfortunately still for sale. We think it's great, but buyers seem to be having trouble getting loans these days, or so I hear.
The view of our place as you drive in from the street.
The ironwork on the glass sits on a hinge so that you can open it for easy cleaning.
Nice high ceilings. I'm not a fan of the fireplace, which was never used. We live in Texas... It's HOT. It made TV placement tricky, so we hung it on the wall over the fireplace, which is a little high for this room. We got used to it, though, so no big deal.
View from the other end of the room.
The end of the living room is really the dining room. The first floor is really one huge L-shaped room. You can see the kitchen in the background.
Another view of the dining room. Yes, that's a fence about 5 feet from the back door. Not much of a yard!
Our kitchen. Simple with granite countertops and tiled travertine backsplash.
We used this bedroom as an office/junk collection room. The view of the back fence is stunning.

The master bedroom has a nice balcony overlooking the driveway. They switched up the paint in here and went against the green/tan shades to... brown. Way to reach, guys! The bathroom entrance has some great french doors.
Separate tub and shower, lots of travertine.
Another view of the master bath. More travertine.
Can you tell that we painted this one? It's the only room in the house that isn't an earth tone. Our daughter lived here for the first two years of her life.
Another bedroom. Not much to say, except that there is a door to the attic here.
